Head Chef Seamus Commons has been widely recognised for his outstanding talent having been awarded the title of ‘Best Chef in Connaught’ by the Restaurant Associat of Ireland 2010 & by FOOD & WINE Magazine 2009. In addition to this he has received a glowing review in the 2010 edition of the 'Bridgestone Irish Food Guide ' and in the 2010 edition of the '100 Best Restaurants in Ireland'.
